Admatic.ie was developed by CEO Stuart Fogarty, a former CEO of AFA O’Meara and McConnell’s and one of the co-founders of Core Media.
The new Irish online advertising platform that enables advertisers to buy their media directly has been officially launched.
Fogarty (pictured) said Admatic was in development for over a year to provide a 24/7 media booking facility for advertisers.
All the major press, TV, radio, outdoor and premium digital titles are available to book on Admatic.ie. Businesses can also be assisted with creating advertising, copy clearance and copy dispatch, Fogarty added.
“Always-on Admatic is an easy and convenient self-service way for advertisers to complete their advertising in traditional and in digital media,” said Fogarty.
“It will be of particular interest to all companies that want to do advertising campaigns without paying an agency. The platform also provides immediate cost comparisons.”
Fogarty cited the example of a three spot package for a national radio show that has a rate card cost of €3,630. On Admatic.ie, the same slots are priced at €944.
“Another radio station is offering a 35 spot weekly package from 7am to midnight for €6,985. The Admatic.ie price is €4,410, saving you €2,575,” said Fogarty.
"Irish media owners can’t compete with the digital duopoly of Google and Facebook unless they’re also selling their advertising online,” he added.
“Given the new hybrid home working arrangements, the easier you make advertising to buy, the more you’ll sell. As has been seen in the travel and insurance markets, whereby people go online to buy their travel and insurance direct, media advertising should be no different.
“On Admatic, advertisers can manage all of their advertising in one dashboard. Having been in the ad business a long time, you can easily see the way it’s dramatically changing by technology such as programmatic and self-op and self-serve ad platforms are the new wave.”
