Realme has launched its flagship GT NEO 3 series of smartphones, including the GT NEO 3 150W with 150W Ultradart charging, which can achieve 50% charge in five minutes, making it the world's fastest charging smartphone, according to the smartphone brand.
The series comprises of the GT NEO 3 150W, GT NEO 3 80W, GT NEO 3T and GT NEO 3T Dragon Ball Z Edition and all feature a Dimensity 8100 5G chipset and dedicated independent display processor.
The 150W edition has 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, 38 layers of safety proection and a dedicated MCU cahrging security chip, offering a high level of security, certified by TÜV Rheinland.
The GT NEO 3 and boasts a battery capacity retention of at least 80% after 1,600 complete charge and discharge cycles, twice the industry standard, and it is the first smartphone to be powered by the Dimensity 8100 Mobile Platform in Europe.
Based on TSMC's 5nm manufacturing process, GT NEO 3 features four CortexA78 cores running at 2.85GHz and four CortexA55 cores running at 2.0GHz, delivering higher CPU efficiency and achieving 90 fps.
The flagship device is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz with HDR 10+ certification, It also uses the new generation of COP packaging processes, increasing the screen-to-body ration to 94.2% with ultra-narrow bezels: 1.48mm (side), 1.84mm (top), and2.37mm (bottom).
The GT NEO 3T, meanwhile, features 80W SuperDart Charge and a 5000mAh battery that can achieve 50% charge in 12 minutes. It is powered by the Snapdragon 870 5G and features a 6.62-inch E4 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate with Full-HD+ resolution.
Like GT NEO 3, GT NEO 3T sports a triple AI camera which is a 64MP primary camera, 119° Ultra-wide Lens and 4cm Macro Lens. The smartphone is also equipped with Street Photography Mode.
The GT NEO 3T has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, and it is equipped with a triple-camera system, in which the main camera uses Sony IMX 766 50MP sensor. The other two cameras are a 119° 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP 4cm macro lens.
European prices have not yet been announced for those devices, but the Dragon Ball Z edition with 8GB and 256GB storage, a Snapdragon 870 processor and 80W charging will be available for €499.99. It also comes with Buds Air 3 wireless earphones in Nitro Blue for an additional €79.99.
Realme reached 100m shipments of smartphones last year, and maintains a top five market share in France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
