Law firm William Fry has appointed Lyn Brennan as head of its New York office. Brennan will relocate from Dublin, where she worked as a banking and finance partner.
Brennan has experience in advising global financial institutions, private equity firms and corporate clients and domestic and international financial transactions, and she has expertise in leveraged finance, acquisition financing, financial restructuring, and syndicated lending.
Prior to joining William Fry in 2019, Brennan spent four years practising in New York as part of the leveraged finance team at Milibank and on secondment with Goldman Sachs.
William Fry's New York office provides Irish legal and tax advice in the areas of in the areas of banking, financial services, corporate, M&A, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology, ESG, sustainability and structured finance to US and international clients with interests in Ireland.
