Cork-based cosmetic treatments brand Sisu has opened its 15th Irish clinic in Castleknock, Co Dublin.
Sisu's 'aesthetic medicine' beauty centre offers non-surgical treatments such as botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters and more, with the USP of being doctor-led.
Set up in 2018 in a collaboration between doctor brothers James and Brian Cotter, and tech startup entrepreneur Pat Phelan, who has the role of chief executive.
With the Castleknock opening, Sisu will now have a total of 17 clinics including one in London and its first US outlet in Miami.
According to Sisu, it aims “to safely bring advancements in cosmetic care to the masses, while establishing a dynamic partnership between patients and their providers”.
Apart from the first Florida clinic, Sisu has plans to expand further in the city and in New York, with more locations also in the pipeline for London.
Chief executive Pat Phelan said: “Expanding internationally is a huge goal for the whole team at Sisu, but that has not halted our vision of increasing our footprint in Ireland. Castleknock is the perfect location for a Sisu Clinic, and the entire team is really looking forward to bringing a unique, modern and safe experience to all patients.”
Medical director James Cotter added: “We are seeing a huge interest in non-invasive cosmetic procedures for both women and men across Ireland in recent years, and our own growth highlights this."
The Castleknock clinic offers a range of non-surgical ‘Tweakments’, as it calls them, designed to restore the skin’s natural beauty, including botox, fillers, Profhilo, Sculptra, and thread lifts, supervised by Dr Aishlinn Cummins and Dr Ailbhe Lohan.
