Fidelity Investments Ireland has commenced recruitment for 300 full-time associates in Galway and Dublin across software engineering, cloud, application and data architecture, cybersecurity, scrum masters and squad leaders.
The financial services company expects to fill the positions within two years, growing its headcount in Ireland to 1,800, and many of the roles will be filled by graduates.
In addition to the positions to be filled on Fidelity's technology team, a number of business operations roles will be filled in Dublin, and flexible working arrangements will be available to successful applicants.
Fidelity said the job growth was due to high demand across it enterprise technology, asset management, workplace investing, brokerage, R&D and applied technology businesses as well as its "resilience and continued commitment to Ireland".

The organisation first established operations in Ireland in 1996 and has grown its workforce from 400 to 1,500 over the past nine years. Globally, Fidelity has assets under administration of $10.5tn and employs more than 60,000 associates.
