KPMG hires Wes Jesson to head Construction Advisory unit

Following the 2022 acquisition construction specialists KMCS, KPMG has hired Wes Jesson from Linesight as manging director of the renamed KPMG Construction Advisory.

Jesson, who took up the role in January, has over 18 years’ experience working across diverse sectors of the construction industry including large scale infrastructure, commercial and residential projects in Ireland, the UK and Middle East.

KPMG said that more recently his focus has been on account management for international clients in Ireland and across Europe.

KPMG Construction Advisory offers services related to construction project management, cost consultancy, mechanical and electrical cost management and consultancy services. Team members have worked on a diverse range of projects in Ireland, the UK, mainland Europe and Asia, according to KPMG.

The firm stated that KMCS founder Nigel Spence will continue to act as a senior consultant to the business.
