Cork company ProStrategy has launched a new customer relationship management (CRM) division with the creation of at least ten new jobs.
The company is hosting a free event in Cork next week at the Clarion Hotel, where businesses can find out how the Microsoft Dynamics CRM package can help solve problems such as recording customer information, sales pipeline management and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
ProStrategy’s CRM director Joe Kelly said the event, on Thursday February 25, will showcase “the importance of CRM in any business, no matter the size or industry”. The firm’s technology, he added, helps “capture and record the information that is so important to building customer relationships and driving productivity”. ProStrategy supplies high-end business software such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and IBM Cognos. The company was IBM Irish Business Partner of the Year for 2013/2014.
