Creditors meetings have been called for three companies associated with Bill O’Herlihy, the PR consultant and TV presenter who died in 2015.

Creditors meetings are scheduled for March 8 for three unlimited companies, Mediawise, Public Relations of Ireland and PRI Group, where Bill O’Herlihy was a director.

Mediawise and Public Relations of Ireland are controlled through two Isle of Man companies, O.H.C. Holdings Unlimited and O.H.C. Investments Limited.

Bill O’Herlihy owned virtually all the shares in PRI Group.
