Applications for the second ever Irish Investor Awards are now being accepted.
The event sponsored by Forvis Mazars is a chance to "highlight the pivotal role investors play in shaping the Irish SME landscape and driving economic innovation."
The awards "honour the outstanding contributions of individuals and firms that enable growth, create jobs and support Ireland’s entrepreneurial ecosystem."
Judges will be looking to spotlight firms "demonstrating exceptional investment strategies, impactful mentorship and a commitment to sustainability and long-term success."
Mr John Bowe, Corporate Finance Partner at Forvis Mazars said: "Ireland’s private equity and venture capital firms are catalysts for growth and innovation, providing vital funding, contacts and strategic guidance to SMEs.
"These businesses are the lifeblood of the Irish economy, accounting for over 99% of enterprises and a significant portion of employment nationwide.
"At Forvis Mazars, we are proud to champion the achievements of the investment community through these awards.
"By recognising these contributions, we aim to highlight the incredible potential of Irish SMEs and the transformative impact of professional investment which often frees up owners and management teams to take more risk and grow stronger companies"

Companies and individuals can submit their entries via the online form available on the official awards website.
The submission deadline is Friday 14 February 2025, with winners to be revealed during a gala ceremony in the Round Room at the Mansion House, Dublin, on Friday, 9 May 2025.
