Dublin-headquartered law firm Matheson is flying the flag for all things tech as it holds its ‘Smart Week’, which started yesterday and continues until June 17.
During the week-long initiative, Matheson will promote tech best practice and highlight the tech innovations that can provide best-in-class legal services to clients across all sectors.
Events will include a tech forum, hosted by Matheson, with keynote addresses on business innovation by guest speakers from Microsoft, Airbnb and Daqri, as well as a panel discussion. Matheson will also be showcasing the latest in productivity-boosting software.
Speaking at the launch of Smart Week, Rebecca Ryan, litigation partner at Matheson, said: “In order for law firms to remain competitive in the future, the adoption of new software and innovation tools is essential.”
Ryan continued: “Today’s digital age generates a huge amount of data. Processing it and turning it into useful information to build a case can use up a significant amount of resources, particularly time.
“Thankfully, there are a number of tools that lawyers can use to make this process much more efficient, boost their overall productivity in the process, and deliver better results for clients.”
“We want to highlight the most powerful innovations in the industry and the experts pioneering their use and integration into organisation operations.”
