Larry Fenelon has established a new law firm specialising in litigation, regulation and investigations.
Based at 81 Merrion Square, Fenecas Law said it would provide the business community in Ireland with "a swift, affordable and transparent service for contentious legal challenges."
Additionally, as an independent firm without conflicting transaction teams, Fenecas has put itself forward as a referral resource to other law firms where conflicts of interest arise.
Fenelon has more than 27 years commercial litigation and business experience in Ireland, and he previously managed Leman Solicitors for 12 years after founding the firm in 2007.
He also established LexTech, a legal technology business that provided legal risk management solutions to corporations. He led the merger between Leman and offshore law firm Ogier in 2022, and led the litigation department there.
Fenelon is a graduate of the University of Oxford as well as a Senior Counsel and an accredited commercial mediator (CEDR) and arbitrator (FCIarb).
He said he has a significant client following and that he has assembled a team of experienced litigators with experience in property and construction; tech/cyber/data; corporate/shareholder/partnerships; insurance, sport, employment, reputation, funds/banking/crypto; insolvency; fraud & asset tracing/white collar crime, regulatory investigations; crisis management, tax, aviation and international affairs.
