Eir has appointed Susan Brady as managing director of Eir Evo and Kealan Donoghue as managing director of its consumer and small business division.
The telecoms group said the appointments mark a significant step in its continued growth and innovation across both its business and consumer operations.
Brady will lead Eir Evo, the company's end-to-end telecoms and IT services provider, replacing Martin Wells, who has led the division since 2019.
She joined Eir in 2010 following 12 years with Vodafone Ireland. Most recently, she served as managing director of Eir's consumer and small business division, the role being taken up by Donoghue.
“I am honoured to step into this new role at such a pivotal time for eir evo. As we continue to grow and innovate, our focus will be on delivering world-class technology solutions that empower our business customers to grow," said Brady.
"I look forward to working with our talented team and building on the strong foundation laid by Martin Wells.”
Donoghue has been with Eir for 25 years, and led the launch of its digital mobile brand, GoMo. He is currently responsible for Eir's broadband and TV segments.
“It’s a privilege to lead our Consumer and Small Business division at such an exciting time. With a strong foundation in place, I’m committed to accelerating our momentum—driving growth, enhancing innovation, and delivering best-in-class service for Eir’s customers," he said.
Welcoming the appointments, Ollie Loomes, CEO of Eir, said: “Susan and Kealan are exceptional leaders who have delivered impressive results throughout their careers at Eir.

"Susan’s strategic vision and deep understanding of our customers make her the perfect choice to lead eir evo into its next chapter. Kealan brings extensive experience to the Consumer and Small Business division and will continue to create new opportunities as we expand our offering.
"I want to sincerely thank Martin Wells for his leadership and dedication over the past five years and wish him the very best in his next chapter.”
