Former Skillnet Ireland CEO Paul Healy joins Futurus as Partner

Futurus, the Irish organisational change consultancy known for helping leaders and teams thrive in complex and demanding business environments, has appointed Paul Healy as Partner.

Healy is the former Chief Executive of Skillnet Ireland and brings with him over two decades of senior leadership experience across both public and private sectors.

At Skillnet Ireland, he led the agency’s transformation into a key driver of Ireland’s enterprise strategy.

Under his leadership, the organisation more than doubled its national footprint, broadened its influence at EU and national policy levels, and forged powerful cross-sector partnerships.
