FutureRange has announced the acquisition of DigitalWell’s Managed IT Services division, a move that significantly strengthens its engineering capabilities and expands its reach across Ireland.
This strategic acquisition adds 18 highly skilled engineers and a well-established client base to the company’s portfolio.
To support this growth, 10 new roles have been created across service delivery, account management, and engineering.
This marks FutureRange’s first acquisition since securing investment from Cardinal Capital, and represents a key milestone in the company’s vision to become Ireland’s leading security-first managed services provider.
Danny McEntee, Managing Director of FutureRange, commented: “This acquisition deepens our technical expertise and broadens our regional reach.
“We are delighted to welcome the DigitalWell Managed IT Services team and their clients, and we are committed to investing further to enhance the service experience.
“This marks a significant milestone in our growth. FutureRange is now recruiting an additional 10 team members.”
The company say this move will mean a strengthened presence across Dublin, Cork, and Limerick, positioning FutureRange as a leading nationwide technology partner.
It also expands its capabilities in cybersecurity, cloud, and AI services to meet growing client demand, meaning clients gain enhanced access to HLB Ireland’s broader advisory, accounting, and consulting services.
Ross Murray, CEO of DigitalWell, said: “This divestment allows us to focus fully on growth in our core areas of customer experience, communications and secure connectivity, where we see enormous potential...

“We are confident that our clients will be in very capable hands and that our team will continue to flourish and bring even greater value in their new home.”
With this acquisition, FutureRange further cements its reputation for technical excellence and strategic client partnerships across Ireland.
