Ergo, Ireland's largest IT solutions provider, is proud to announce its official designation as a ServiceNow Reseller and Service Provider Partner.
The company says this partnership reflects Ergo’s growing capabilities, deep platform expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences for its clients.
This milestone builds on an investment in a ServiceNow implementation, which led to the creation of a dedicated ServiceNow practice at Ergo, resulting in the company’s elevation to ServiceNow Partner status.
As a ServiceNow Partner, Ergo now offers a range of ServiceNow capabilities, from license resale to specialised, certified managed services.
Ergo was the first organisation outside of the US to deploy a Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) instance, offering tiered managed services with varying levels of integration, customisation, and support.
Ergo clients will benefit from direct access to ServiceNow’s technical and sales support, reduced barriers to entry, centralised platform maintenance, and the ability to scale in a domain or migrate to their own ServiceNow instance, all supported by a single point of contact for ServiceNow-related needs.
Commenting on the partnership, John Clancy, Managing Director of Managed Services at Ergo, said, “At Ergo, we’re incredibly proud to have achieved ServiceNow Reseller and Service Provider Partner status.
“This partnership allows us to deliver a streamlined, high-quality managed services experience, offering flexible tooling and tailored solutions that go beyond standard offerings in the market.”
Paul Turley, Senior Director Ireland at ServiceNow, said, "As a valued reseller and service provider, Ergo has consistently led the way in helping our customers harness the full potential of the ServiceNow Platform.
“This strategic alliance enhances our capacity to swiftly expand tiered managed services throughout Ireland, and our shared dedication to delivering outstanding service experiences will continue to yield tangible, positive business outcomes."

William Cramer, ServiceNow AI Platform Owner at Ergo, said, “This recognition reflects the dedication and expertise of our ServiceNow team, who have worked tirelessly to enhance our service offerings and deliver exceptional value to our customers. From streamlining internal collaboration with ITSM, Integration Hub, and the Customer Service Management Portal, our team continues to lead with innovation.
“These achievements not only enhance our operational model but also position us as a trusted partner for organisations looking to leverage the power of the ServiceNow AI Platform.”
