The Grainstore, a four-storey, 10,650 square feet, former grain store for a 19th century whiskey distillery - will open as new office space at The Digital Hub in Dublin 8 in September 2015.
The Digital Hub said it is currently accepting enquiries from businesses operating in technology, digital media and the internet sectors. The Hub is Ireland’s largest cluster of technology, digital media and internet companies.
The Grainstore is adjacent to the Digital Depot building at The Digital Hub, which is a campus of eight buildings located in close proximity to each other in the Liberties area.
The Digital Hub is offering flexible lease arrangements, and additional office spaces are available in other buildings on the Digital Hub campus.
The Grainstore facilities include a kitchen, a meeting room, tea stations and toilets on each floor, shower facilities, Cat 6 computer cabling as well as a carpark and a covered bicycle hanger. There is a café in the Digital Depot building.
