Logicalis Ireland is to create 25 new jobs over the next two years, as part of a €1m investment in its operations.
The IT solutions and managed services provider is owned by Datatec, a South Africa-headquartered firm. Logicalis employs around 4,000 employees worldwide, including 50 in its Dublin office, according to the company’s 2017 CRO filings.
Clients in Ireland include RTÉ, Musgrave Group and AIB. Logicalis said that new and enhanced services it plans to offer will include cloud-based data backup and disaster recovery, hybrid IT on-premise solutions and other cloud services.
The 25 new jobs will be based in several locations around Ireland, and will include positions for those with IT security and business analytics skills.

Logicalis’s Irish operation posted turnover of €29m in 2017 and booked a net profit of €688,000.
