A conference with a focus on Lean Management is being organised by BoxMedia at Croke Park on May 22.
Lean manufacturing is a management philosophy that pursues the continuous elimination of waste in all business processes though kaizen, also known as small and incremental improvement.
Enterprise Excellence Ireland 2019 has lined up 36 speakers to explore the Lean Management philosophy.
The speakers are drawn from companies such as Dell EMC, Volkswagen, Coca Cola, AbbVie, Boston Scientific, SSE Airtricity, AIB, Rigney Dolphin, Jaguar Land Rover, Siemens and DuPuy Synthes.
The expert speakers at the event will be complemented by the attendance of multiple exhibitors.

Representatives from Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland will also outline latest developments in the Lean Business Ireland national strategy.
