Law firm Philip Lee has appointed crowdfunding expert Eoghan Doyle partner in the firm's corporate department.
Doyle has been with the firm as a senior associate since 2012. He heads Philip Lee's crowdfunding group, where he advises crowdfunding platforms and companies seeking to raise finance through crowdfunding. He will continue his practice in the corporate department, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, commercial contracts and corporate advisory work.
