Capital Marketing, a new entrant to Ireland’s €1.2bn branded premia market, officially launched by announcing its ambition to double its workforce in 2016 and grow its roster of Irish manufacturers and suppliers.
Industry stalwart and former planner at McConnells Advertising Hugh Finlay co-founded Capital Marketing, putting a specialist team in place to deliver promotional brand campaigns. Finlay said that in the first six months the company has secured clients spanning multinationals, financial and legal institutions to global consumer brands.
According to Finlay: “We’re launching Capital Marketing at a pitch perfect time. There’s much more confidence and optimism in the air and we’re finding that clients are wanting to invest in tried and tested advertising mediums such as promotional products, which can be a high-impact and cost-effective way to get a brand noticed."
Due to an increase in demand among clients for Irish-produced premia, Finlay said that Capital Marketing is building its network of local manufacturers and suppliers that can deliver Irish-made branded products at scale.
