The Dublin partners of international law firm DAC Beachcroft have re-elected Lisa Broderick to a second three-year term as head of its practice in Ireland.

Broderick is commercial litigation partner and has been at the firm since 2010, advising clients including financial services businesses, professional firms, property developers, public bodies, corporate entities and pharmaceutical companies.

She has also been selected to join the international law firm’s group board.

Broderick (pictured) commented:  “The last three years have been transformational for our practice in Dublin. I’m very proud of what we’ve achieved and have every reason to take an ambitious view when it comes to the next three years.

“We’ve learned a lot in the last 12 months about how we can work together.  I’m keen to harness and develop further the collegiality, mutual respect, support and kindness which has allowed us to continue to support our clients through unusual times.”

On Broderick’s watch since 2018, the Dublin office has expanded to over 80 people, and the firm achieved its goal of providing a full-service offering to Irish clients. The practice added a corporate and competition team in 2019, led by partners Sharon McCaffrey and Joanne Finn, and more recently welcomed real estate partner Ronan McLoughlin to Beachcroft to head both commercial and residential property matters.

The global firm’s network covers Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia-Pacific, and says it has particular strengths in health, insurance and real estate.
