Dublin-based law firm A&L Goodbody has appointed Eimear Keane as a partner in its asset management & investment funds practice.
Keane has extensive experience advising a range of international asset managers on all matters connected with the establishment and ongoing operation of investment funds pursuing various strategies in Ireland.
She advises on the authorisation and ongoing operation of Irish UCITS management companies and AIFMs as well as advising on EU Sustainable Finance regulation.
