Mason Hayes & Curran has promoted Avril Daly to Of Counsel on its employment law team.

Daly works with employers across all stages of the employment lifecycle, from onboarding to restructuring and exit.

Her priority is listening to clients, asking the right questions, and providing tailored advice that works.

Daly recently advised a multinational technology company on a large-scale redundancy, showcasing her expertise in restructuring and fair dismissals.

Daly is a graduate of University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Diploma in Employment Law.

She also has a Masters in Law from Trinity College Dublin, and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
