Strategic communications and public affairs consultancy Drury has announced an expanded leadership and advisory team through the appointment of three senior hires.
Neasa Kane Fine joins Drury as Chief Operating Officer and senior adviser in the company’s Corporate & Reputation practice.
Kane Fine has over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, including most recently as Director of Project Communications at RPS, where her client list included the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications, local authorities, and renewable energy developers.
The firm say Kane Fine brings a wealth of strategic depth and operational acumen.
Keith Hoare has been appointed Managing Director of Public Affairs at Drury.
Hoare joins from Hanover Communications, where he served as a Director - after earlier advising at senior levels with Vulcan Consulting — broadening Drury’s public affairs capabilities.
And finally, Éamonn Fahey has been appointed Director of Research and Policy at Drury.
His experience as Special Adviser and (Acting) Chief of Staff to the Leader of the Green Party at the Department of the Taoiseach in the 2020-24 Government brings added insight into policy dynamics and political engagement at Drury.
Commenting, Anne-Marie Curran, CEO of Drury, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Neasa, Keith and Éamonn to Drury.
“Together they bring a rare blend of senior leadership, strategic insight, and sectoral breadth — qualities that will enhance our ability to stand with our clients in their most complex challenges.

“This investment in talent aligns with our full-circle approach — where operational strength, creative thinking, and sound judgement converge to create impactful, future-forward communications.
“With these appointments, Drury continues to evolve as a consultancy that offers trusted counsel, seamless delivery, and creative clarity to our clients who are increasingly navigating political, reputational, and commercial complexity.”
