Grayling Properties, one of Ireland’s foremost property management companies, has confirmed the appointment of Evgeniy Chilingirov as Resident Hospitality Manager for its newest co-living development, Liberties House, in Dublin 8.

With more than 15 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, Chilingirov has built an impressive career across some of the world’s most prestigious hotels.

His background includes senior positions at five-star venues such as The Marker Hotel and Four Seasons Hotels in Dublin.

Most recently, his contribution to excellence in service and team leadership was recognised when he was awarded “Anantara The Marker Manager of the Year – 2024.”

In his new position at Liberties House, Chilingirov will oversee day-to-day operations, develop resident-focused services, and enhance the overall living experience within the development’s community-driven environment.

His role will be central to ensuring residents benefit from the highest standards of hospitality and care.

Opened this year, Liberties House is designed to set a new benchmark for co-living in Dublin.

The scheme combines premium private accommodation with high-quality shared amenities across seven floors, offering a total of 371 units.

Residents have access to a wide variety of facilities, including a welcoming reception area, communal lounge, games room, fully equipped gym, and in-house cinema.
