Commercial real estate investor and operator Fine Grain Property has appointed Emma Kennedy as commercial director in a move intended to strengthen its growth strategy and focus on premium workplace experiences.

Kennedy brings proven expertise in scaling real estate and flexible workspace brands in Ireland and the UK.

She has more than a decade of senior leadership experience in the sectors, and a strong track record in driving strategic growth, brand development, and commercial performance.

Most recently, as founder and chief executive of Grafter, the luxury flexible workspace brand, Kennedy transformed historic properties in Dublin and London into design-led workspaces.

Prior to founding Grafter, she served as head of sales at Iconic Offices, spearheading the launch of landmark projects such as The Lennox and The Greenway, achieving record sales revenues and cementing the company’s market presence.
