Real estate investor firm Fine Grain has appointed Sébastien Zerbib as Investment Manager.

The Irish-owned company said "Sébastien joins the team with significant international experience in real estate asset and portfolio management, having overseen multi-billion euro portfolios across Europe and the United States with firms including Brookfield Asset Management and Brookfield Properties."

Zerbib holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Purdue University and is bilingual in English and French.

He was also described as having a "deep expertise in the European office markets and a strong track record of driving asset performance through strategic planning, financial oversight, and effective stakeholder management."
