Interpath names Kirstie O'Flanagan head of transaction services

Advisory firm Interpath has appointed Kirstie O'Flanagan as head of transaction services in Ireland as it seeks to create a full-service proposition in the deal advisory market.

The company is an established provider of financial advisory and restructuring services, and is growing its capabilities in transaction advisory and forensics.

Interpath also offers services in disputes, regulatory and compliance advisory, value creation, financial due diligence, corporate finance and debt advisory.

O'Flanagan has a proven track record of managing complex assignments on domestic and international buy and sell-side deals for both private equity and corporate clients as well as a number of large-scale capital markets transactions.

A fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, O'Flanagan has over 15 years of experience in professional services, including 11 years spent with Deloitte in London and Dublin as a member of the senior leadership team for their transaction services business.

O'Flanagan will be based in Dublin and will work closely with teams across the island of Ireland and the wider Interpath network.

Interpath employs over 1,000 people across its 29 offices in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Hong Kong, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands.
