Nancy Buese to take on CFO role with CRH

Building materials solutions firm CRH announced the appointment of Nancy Buese as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective May 12, 2025.

She will be New York based.

Buese brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the financial leadership of publicly listed companies having previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO at Baker Hughes Company and Newmont Corporation.

She has also served as Executive Vice President and CFO at MarkWest Energy Partners and MPLX and was a partner at Ernst & Young.

Buese will oversee CRH’s global finance function and play a critical role in advancing the company’s strategy, operational discipline, and long-term value creation.

“Alan will return to his previous role as Director of Strategic Finance in May.”
