Strategic insights consultancy firm Empathy has announced the appointment of Noel Larkin as Director.
This move comes at a period of acceleration for Empathy, having seen 30% year-on-year growth over the last decade, with plans to further its foothold in the Irish market over the next 12 months.
Larkin joins Empathy with a wealth of experience in client-side insights, having spent over six years in the Market Insights team at Tirlán/Glanbia, and 12 years in client-side roles at Novartis and GSK.
His career began in market research on the agency side, working in both London and Dublin.
With nearly two decades as a seasoned market researcher, he brings a deep understanding of how insights shape and drive business strategy.
“This is a very exciting period of growth for Empathy, and I’m proud to be part of the journey,” said Larkin on his appointment.
“The team’s approach to combining technology with advanced research techniques to uncover deeper consumer insights is second to none.
“I look forward to contributing to the agency’s continued growth and impact.”
Declan O’Reilly, MD of Empathy added, “Noel’s extensive experience - particularly in the dairy, food & drinks, and healthcare sectors - adds a valuable strategic lens that will deepen the impact of our work for clients.
