Cork law firm O'Flynn Exhams has appointed Colm Manning as a partner in corporate/M&A and commercial.
Manning rejoins the firm, having previously worked there in 2014.
He specialises in advising company directors and shareholders on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance transactions and commercial contracts.
He also possesses expertise in structuring and implementing employee share and long-term incentive programmes, having previously been head of that service offering in another Irish firm.
Flynn started his career at William Fry and has also worked at Ronan Daly Jermyn and BDM Boylan during his career.
Prior to rejoining O'Flynn Exhams, he completed a second stint at William Fry as a consultant.
The Dublin native is a graduate of UCD in Law and New South Wales University Sydney, where he completed a Master's in Corporate and Commercial Law.
Manning qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has been based in Cork since 2014.
