Org Group has appointed Kurt Schreurs as chief revenue officer.
He will be working within recruitment solutions, including Morgan McKinley and the recently acquired companies Venturi and Enterprise Digital Resources.
He will also be a member of the executive Org Group team as the organisation looks to expand globally.
Schreurs will lead Org Group’s recruitment solution business, playing a central role in advancing the group’s recruitment offering, leading programmes to expand into new markets and position Org Group as a global leader in talent services.
He will also focus on aligning commercial performance with the group’s long-term growth strategy, applying operational rigour and data-led decision-making to deliver results across key geographies and sectors.
With more than 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, Schreurs has held senior and board-level leadership roles across multiple geographies.
He brings deep market knowledge, commercial insight, and a proven track record in scaling high-performance teams and delivering sustainable growth.
Kurt joins Org Group from Gravitas Recruitment Group where he served as chief executive.
During his tenure he led the successful completion of two acquisitions in the Netherlands and China, expansion into Germany, an organisational redesign to support future growth, and a go-to-market transformation.
Prior to Gravitas, Kurt held an executive board lead role at SThree, a global, listed STEM talent consultancy, where he led a 1,200-strong team across 10 countries.

Seb O’Connell, group chief executive, Org Group, said: “Kurt’s leadership in recruitment, his global mindset and his results-driven approach make him a vital addition to Org Group.
"As we scale our Recruitment Solutions business worldwide, Kurt’s commercial acumen and strategic oversight will be key in helping clients unlock value through talent at pace and scale.”
