HF, advisors to the commercial and insurance sectors, has appointed Pat Flynn as Strategic Advisor in Irish markets, focusing on the growth of HF Ireland though M&A activity as well as via organic growth.
Flynn is described as a hugely experienced and respected lawyer who founded Flynn O’Driscoll Business Lawyers in 2002 and carries out general advisory work via his own consultancy practice.
He previously worked for A&L Goodbody, one of Ireland’s largest law firms and was a senior executive at Ulster Investment Bank specialising in global finance transactions and corporate finance.
At HF, Flynn will be tasked with building on the foundations of their expanding business in Ireland, working closely with Martin Browne, Partner & Head of HF Ireland, who said: “I’m thrilled to welcome Pat on board and to be working with him accelerating and expanding our growth opportunities in Ireland.
