Three, Ireland’s largest mobile telecommunications provider, has announced the appointment of Ronan O’Neill as Three Ireland’s Chief Experience Officer.
In his new role, O’Neill will oversee the end-to-end customer and employee experience across all areas of the business.
O’Neill will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction with Three Ireland is seamless, personalised, and aligned with the company’s values and business goals.
He has worked in Three for over 15 years and has held various senior positions, including: Commercial Director, Director of Services, Head of Customer Operations and Head of Collections.
Most recently as Commercial Director, O’Neill was responsible for driving the commercial strategy, overseeing functions such as propositions, customer lifecycle management and base management.
Previously as Director of Services, O’Neill led the customer service team to ensure high-quality support, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across all service channels, achieving awards at Irish and European level for the experience provided to Three customers.
With over 25-years’ experience in the service industry, O’Neill held roles at Eircom, Meteor and Esat Clear (now BT) prior to joining Three in 2010.
