Spark Foundry has appointed Gemma Gilmore to the newly created role of director of growth strategy and client partnership.

Gilmore will be tasked with ensuring that clients have access to the full breadth of Spark Foundry and parent group Core's expertise.

"Gemma is exceptionally well placed to lead this next chapter. She has been instrumental in shaping some of Spark’s most important client partnerships and growth journeys," Spark Foundry wrote on LinkedIn.

"Those who have worked with her will know her for her commercial focus, collaborative approach and ability to build trusted, lasting relationships.

"Her appointment marks an exciting step forward for Spark Foundry, as we continue to evolve to meet the ambitions of the clients we work with. We’re looking forward to what’s ahead - for both Gemma and Spark Foundry."

Gilmore wrote: "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director of Growth Strategy and Client Partnership at Spark Foundry, part of Core!"

Gilmore joined Spark Foundry in 2010 as a client associate and has latterly served as both business director and board director.

She was also a board director for the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI) and a participant in the IAPI Future Females programme.

Gilmore graduated from TU Dublin with an MSc in Marketing in 2010.
