Storm Technology, a Littlefish company and leading Microsoft business technology solutions consultancy, has announced the appointment of Stephen Shannon as its new Chief Commercial Officer.
In this role, Shannon will lead Storm Technology’s commercial strategy, guiding the sales organisation and supporting business growth.
He will focus on strengthening Storm’s presence in the public sector while also developing opportunities in the private sector, ensuring Storm continues to deliver value to a broad range of clients.
As part of this focus, Shannon will take the lead in developing sales strategies and shaping Storm Technology’s offering for clients, including AI solutions and services.
As well as working with the team in Ireland, he will be involved in building and growing the team in the UK.
Shannon brings more than two decades of experience in sales, technology and business development to his new role at Storm Technology.
Most recently, he played a pivotal role in Avanade’s growth within the Irish Market.
Prior to that, he was the Head of Business Development for Ergo. Before working in senior roles in larger organisations, Shannon ran his own business.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dublin City University, having originally qualified as an electrical engineer.
Shannon also volunteers as an advisor for credit unions.

“My aim is to elevate that legacy driving growth not only in the Irish but also in the UK market.
“It’s about partnering with customers to understand their businesses and deliver impactful technologies that solve real-world industry specific problems.”
