Stepstone Group appoints Christopher Paye as country director for Ireland

The Stepstone Group, which owns job search sites IrishJobs, Jobs.ie and NIJobs, has appointed Christopher Paye as country director for Ireland.

Paye will be in charge of commercial strategy for the Stepstone Group's Irish brands and for driving their growth, advancing their commercial capabilities and enhancing their services to meet demand.

He has more than 15 years of experience in recruitment with a successful track record in delivering revenue growth, managing high-performance teams and client acquisition.

Having led teams across Stepstone Group's Irish brands, Paye has delivered enhanced capabilities to meet the needs of recruiters. He previously served as the group's revenue director in Ireland.

Paye replaces Sam Dooley, who has taken up the role of commercial finance director at The Stepstone Group Mid Markets.
