Three Ireland has appointed Justin Conry as chief performance and planning officer.
In the role, Conry will have responsibility for organisational alignment, strategic planning and performance optimisation for the telecoms provider, and he will also oversee Three's quarterly business reviews, resource allocation for company priorities and decision-making.
Conry has worked at Three for more than a decade, first as head of transformation and then moving between Ireland and the UK as director of portfolio and change.
He has led successful digital transformation projects for both Three Ireland and Three UK, and he most recently served as programme director for Three Ireland, leading the organisation's move to the 'Enterprise Agile' structure.
His experience prior to joining Three includes Aviva Europe, Microsoft, BearingPoint and Vodafone Ireland.
“I’m thrilled to be starting the next chapter in my career at Three Ireland," said Conry.

"As chief performance and planning officer, I look forward to contributing to the organisation’s continued growth, building on our position as Ireland’s largest mobile telecommunications provider and continuing to deliver an unmatched offering of experiences and rewards to our valued customers.”
