Professional services group Xeinadin has promoted Andrew Thompson, Helena O’Callaghan, Mark Thomas, Nora Dalton, Michael Burke and Anne Hogan to partner level to bolster its leadership team.

Thompson leads the tax team at Xeinadin's Dublin office, advising small and medium-sized businesses across all tax heads and frequently collaborating with colleagues in the UK, particularly on VAT matters arising from cross-border trade.

Also based in Dublin, O'Callaghan has 20 years' experience in audit and audit exempt companies as well as managing a large client portfolio specialising in aircraft leasing.

Xeinadin said that Thomas had been instrumental in driving digital transformation for efficiency and growth from both the company and his clients.

In Cork, Dalton has extensive finance control experience, and she has worked for several years in identifying and implementing accounting systems in the retail sector.
