Property prices are always a great conversation topic, Ireland's top ten areas where house price inflation has jumped may surprise a few.
Dublin always takes the headlines for the lofty numbers when it comes to house prices and rental costs but the capital hasn't seen prices rise as much as others in the 12 months to July 2022.
