Ireland's largest hotel operator, Dalata Hotel Group, has announced its biggest-ever recruitment event, with open days taking place at 31 hotels in Ireland this Saturday (12 February).
The company will host events from 11am to 6pm at a all its Clayton and Maldron brand hotels in the Republic of Ireland as well as the Gibson Hotel, the Samuel, Belvedere Hotel and Hotel 7.
All successful applicants taken on by the group will be enrolled in the Dalata Academy to help improve their skills and fast-track their career in the hospitality sector, and he company said it would fill a range of flexible roles with stand-out benefit packages.

The full list of positions available at the recruitment events include: accommodation assistants, linen Porters, accommodation supervisors, kitchen porters, commi chefs, chef de parties, sous chef, food & beverage assistants, bar tenders, food & beverage supervisors, and duty managers.
There are also openings for front office receptionists, front office managers, night porters, night auditors, night managers, maintenance assistants, maintenance managers, guest relations manager, assistant financial controllers (Dublin), conference & banqueting staff, sales & marketing executives and assistant HR managers.
