Customer experience automator ActiveCampaign is to open a new EMEA head office on Shelbourne Road in Dublin early next year, and says it is on track to grow to more than 300 employees by the end of 2023.

The company says it will be offering a flexible hybrid working model, giving a choice of home or office working and no requirement to attend the office daily.

ActiveCampaign EMEA currently employs c.150 people in Dublin. A new office space at 160 Shelbourne Road in Dublin 4 will be ready for occupancy before April.

Chief executive Jason VandeBoom said: “Much like there is no one-size-fits-all approach to technology for businesses, there is also no one-size-fits-all work model for employees. That’s why we’re continuing to invest in our employees who want to work remotely, commute daily, or a combination of both.

“This investment in our employees is also an investment in our customers. We’ve selected the location of these hubs because we believe that having a strong presence in each region is crucial to the longevity of the ActiveCampaign business.”

The company has added several of what it calls ‘Growth Accelerator Apps’ for customers this year, and says they will help customers better automate events, surveys, data storage, direct mail and more.

Among these are the quirkily named Sendoso and Delighted, the former automatically sending gifts to customers and the latter triggering feedback surveys.

VandeBoom added: “We are hyper-focused on accelerating the growth of businesses through customer experiences. That’s why we offer services like free migration and 1:1 strategy meetings with our customers, and also best-in-class apps like Growth Accelerator Apps.”
