Workforce services supplier CXC Corporate Services has opened an EMEA hub in Dublin, with plans to create 30 new positions to staff it.

CXC Corporate Services is part of CXC Global, which was founded in Australia in 1992. It provides contingent workforce services to industry, recruiters and individual contractors. Services include contractor management, risk mitigation and payroll technology solutions.

For its Dublin EMEA centre, which is located in Smithfield, CXC Corporate Services said that positions will be created in operations, multi-lingual sales, marketing and support. The firm’s Dublin expansion is being supported by IDA Ireland.

Connor Heaney, MD of CXC Corporate Services, said that Dublin is a perfectly positioned location for the company’s two major growth markets, the US and EMEA.

“The talent pool available to us in Ireland plus the ease of access it affords were key drivers in our decision to locate here,” he added. CXC Corporate Services recently agreed a strategic partnership with on-demand sourcing platform, Elevate Direct, which will be supported from Ireland.

Speaking about the partnership, Dan Collier, Elevate CEO and co-founder, said: “It allows us to start offering the sourcing of contingent workers to clients globally, and to ensure that those workers are paid and managed compliantly, whatever the region.

“We’ve been focusing on the UK markets and now with CXC Corporate Services, we are able to spread out much faster to North America and LATAM.”
