E-learning company Dulann envisages adding 32 more jobs to its expanding workforce, some at its Wexford headquarters and others as franchisees around the country.

The tech company was founded in 2103 and says it has doubled turnover year-on-year since inception, as well as managing to achieve profitability without the need for outside investment.

Chief executive Damian Donlon said: “Dulann is the e-learning partner for the reigning World Hotel of the Year, one of our clients is also one of Europe’s first organisations to achieve the new ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Standard, and a number of our clients are certified ‘Great Place to Work’ organisations.

“If we continue to focus on delivering results that matter to our clients, we will be around for a very long time.”

Donlon added that he attributes the company’s success to “focusing on bottom line deliverables for clients”.
