Emporium is recruiting for its new €4m bar in Carrigaline, due to open in June 2022.
The hospitality operator said it is recruiting for staff across all positions for Mabel Lane.
Emporium operates The Castle and Yard in Glanmire, JJ Coppingers in Midleton and Tradehouse Central in Ballincollig.
Emporium, which trades through multiple companies, was established by 2016 by Ronan Murphy, Rory O’Doherty, Derek Walshe and Jim McCarthy.
Mabel Lane is replacing the former O’Cogáin’s pub on Main Street in Carrigaline.
Reconstruction is being undertaken by Rose Construction, to a design from Yelland Architects. Paul Haffey Design worked with the Emporium team on the interior design.
James Dullea of Emporium commented: “Our strategy is to bring a city-type bar experience to the suburbs, as we have successfully done with our other bars across the group.
“Carrigaline was a natural progression for us after Glanmire, Ballincollig and Midleton, due to its population, large hinterland and the amount of development going on in the area.
“We have seen that there is a huge market for a high-quality bar and food offering outside of Cork City and this is what we have focused on since we began acquiring pub assets.
“We hire people who enjoy making their customers happy and we endeavour to deliver a best-in-class hospitality experience across all of our bars,” Dullea added.
Emporium bars have a focus on a large selection of speciality craft beers and spirits and quality bar food.
The company says its food is sourced from local butchers, growers, and fishmongers where possible.
