Indian IT Firm Hiring 100 In Drogheda

India-headquartered IT services firm Kellton Tech Solutions has announced plans to open its EMEA centre in Drogheda, creating 100 jobs over five years.

Kellton Tech is headquartered in Hyderabad and has development centres in the US and elsewhere in India. Its services include enterprise mobility solutions, mobile app development, cloud services and information management.

Supported by IDA Ireland, Kellton’s EMEA office will also house an R&D facility to localise its IoT product, KLGAMETM. The product can be used for beacons, wearables, smartphones and other devices.

Krishna Chintam, co-founder and managing director of Kellton Tech, noted that Ireland was home to one of Europe’s best multilingual tech talent pools and would act as a springboard for his firm to make inroads into the European market.

He added: “As a pioneer of digital transformation, we are the market leaders in India with strong penetration in US. We are happy to extend our expertise to the EMEA market with Ireland as our base. We believe that this region is poised to emerge as our largest revenue contributor outside of US.”

“The language edge and time difference makes Ireland a highly advantageous proposition for technical support, sales enablement and accounting. We foresee a huge step-up in our hiring in the near term to support our ambitious growth plans.”
