Hughes’s most recent role was as commercial director of BoyleSports. He previously held roles with Intuition, VHI, FBD, Ubiquity and Etruvian in Gibraltar.
Cormac McNulty (pictured below) will take up the position of group director, Mergers & Acquisitions, where he will work with INM CEO, Robert Pitt, in relation to new business acquisitions and executing the company’s growth strategy.
McNulty is joining INM from HSBC Investment Bank, where he was an associate director, and brings over ten years’ corporate finance and investment experience with HSBC, J.P. Morgan and Eisvogel Capital.
Commenting on the appointments, Robert Pitt said: “Digital is key to the growth strategy of INM and Brendan’s experience and insight will build on the current strong performance as we look to further develop our digital offering.
“Equally, Cormac’s strong advisory knowledge and on-the-ground experience will be invaluable in building on the existing capability of our M&A team.”
