Workhuman is to increase its activity in Ireland with the creation of 150 new jobs over the next three years and the opening of an expanded headquarters in Dublin.
The company used to be called Globoforce and also has an office in Massachusetts. Clients include LinkedIn, Procter & Gamble, Symantec and Cisco.
The new roles will span technology, finance, HR, product, eCommerce, and operations. The company currently employs over 500 people globally, with 270 working in Dublin.
The newly-expanded headquarters will occupy a an entire block at Park West Business Park in Dublin 12. Staff in the new office will be surrounded by interactive digital walls, flexi desks with the option to stand while working, collaboration spaces, and training, wellness and relaxation rooms for onsite exercise classes.
