All In All Ingredients, based in Parkwest in Dublin, has raised €1 million from an Employment and Investment Incentive (EII) fund.

The company blends a wide range of dry ingredient products for the food industry such as meat glazes, marinades, seasonings, sauce mixes, batters, coatings, brines, moisture management systems, functional cures and toppings.

All In All’s seasonings are used in sausages, burgers, meat balls, Cornish pasties and puddings.

Led by Daniel Hickey (57), All In All was established in 1993. Before the latest equity raise the company had equity invested of €1,575,000. The company booked a net profit of €520,000 in 2014, bringing year-end net worth to €3.8m.
