McGroddy Brennan LLP Solicitors has merged with Donal O’Kelly and Co Solicitors.
McGroddy Brennan LLP offers legal advice across property, commercial, family, employment, social housing, mediation, dispute resolution, litigation, and probate.
The merger, which comes into effect on December 1st, reinforces the firm's dedication to providing effective legal solutions to clients across Leinster and Ireland.
The firm has offices in both Dublin city centre and also Ashbourne, Co Meath.
Donal and his colleagues, Gillian Harford and Selina Lacy, will operate from the firm's main office at 33 Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, while continuing to manage his largely Dublin and Leinster based practice.
This merger is in line with the expansion plans of McGroddy Brennan after also merging the practice of Paul Ferris and Co one year ago to the day.
In the coming months, William Brennan and Hugh McGroddy say they are looking forward to meeting with Donal’s clients while ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of a high level of service.
Commenting on the merger William Brennan said: “We are delighted to be joining up with Donal.

"He is a gentleman to deal with and greatly respected by his clients. Donal’s colleagues Silena and Gillian will also be excellent additions to the team.
"We warmly welcome Donal, Gillian, and Silena to McGroddy Brennan LLP and look forward to the future growth and success that this collaboration will bring”.
